Three single months at IDR 60,000,000 would be IDR 180,000,000; the three-month term is IDR 160,000,000. The same applies to six months (IDR 340,000,000 instead of IDR 360,000,000) and a year (IDR 660,000,000 instead of IDR 720,000,000). A longer term means fewer changeovers for us, and we pass that on.
The house furnished and equipped: beds, sofas, dining table, a kitchen with oven and large fridge, a water dispenser, a washing machine, the private pool and the walled garden, and a high-speed internet connection. The term, the rate and what is included are agreed in writing before you move in.
Across Bali, monthly villa prices vary with the number of bedrooms, whether the pool is private, the distance to the beach and to the main road, the condition of the house and the length of the term. When you compare offers, compare the same term and ask what is included.
