Stays of one month or more have a monthly rate, and the common terms are three months, six months and a year. At Villa Ceria they cost IDR 160,000,000, IDR 340,000,000 and IDR 660,000,000. If you need a different term, say so; we agree the rate for it.

Agree it in writing
Before you move in, the arrival date, the term, the rate and what is included are written down in English. Nothing is paid from the website; the agreement is made directly between you and us.
See the house first
A viewing in person if you are on the island, or a live video walkthrough on WhatsApp if you are not. For a stay of several months this is worth doing even if the photos already convinced you.
Move in
The house is furnished and equipped: beds, sofas, dining table, kitchen with oven and fridge, washing machine, pool and garden, and a high-speed internet connection. You bring your suitcase.
During the stay
If anything in the house needs attention, you message the same WhatsApp number you booked through. The person who answers is the person who knows the house.
