A long stay with us starts at one month. The rate is fixed per month, and longer terms cost less per month: at Villa Ceria a single month is IDR 60,000,000, three months IDR 160,000,000, six months IDR 340,000,000 and a full year IDR 660,000,000. Other terms are possible, ask us.
The house comes furnished and equipped: beds, sofas, a dining table, a kitchen with oven and fridge, a washing machine and the garden with the pool. There is a high-speed internet connection for working and streaming. You bring your suitcase.
Before you move in, the term, the rate and what is included are agreed in writing, in English. During your stay you message the same WhatsApp number you booked through if anything in the house needs attention.
