We rent villas directly to guests and keep them in good condition between stays. We take on houses slowly, only ones we can look after properly.

Panamas Bali Management started with a single house in Canggu and a WhatsApp number. The idea is simple: rent good villas directly, keep them in good condition, and be easy to reach. Guests deal with a person who knows the house. Owners get a villa that is looked after between stays.

Each villa gets its own page on this site with photos and video taken at the house, a listing by the night and by the month, and enquiries answered personally on WhatsApp. The person who answers is the person who knows the house, its keys and its quirks.

Management fees depend on the house, its location and how it is rented. Send us a message with a few photos and the location and we will tell you how we would handle it.

What we do for a villa

Rent it directly

By the night or by the month, with prices agreed with you. No booking engine in between.

Answer every enquiry

Messages are answered personally, in English or Bahasa Indonesia, with availability and a price.

Show the house

Viewings in person or by WhatsApp video call, so guests know what they are booking.

Look after it

If the pool pump plays up or the water heater needs a look between stays, it gets handled.
